As Billiam said, if the co is selling to raise operating funds then it is not a big deal, yet. I believe there maybe as much as 200 mil o/s now, but we still would only have a mkt cap of 280,000. No, I don't like dilution.....The updated website, and reports from foggdog have kept me optimistic for something good to happen here soon. Have a nice week end....Ron
