SEC recommends a lawyer, despite whatever actions they take. And they require PNMS to send me a letter, AND the SEC a letter, explaining what happened in regards to my complaint. In addition, they are aware of this board here, and how Theresa has suggested we investors get information from here when we call her. Usually, the SEC has too much trouble getting these little rip-offs; but this board helped them with tons of promises and no goods delivered. The SEC has shut down stocks before...
