the stock is not reacting because the SJ in itself is worthless. IT will probably be in favor of burst and it might push the price a little bit.

You should see your BRST investment as an option. When the settlement news hit watch for the KABOOM. Look at PTSC for an example of a stock that runs on a settlement news OR TMTA for a more recent one.
