it's totaly different co.now,, WTAR and WTAF were the same, WTAR now owns all rights to the product and marketing,, they have just started to put it out to distribution, it was tested all of 06,, and manufacturing is in place, the patents are solid.
you did not state SEEMS solid as you now are stating.
so lets get all of this straight,...as it appears that your brand of due diligence and mine are different. it appears that your brand of DD is making phone calls and checking things out and basing your analysis from what is told to you. my brand of DD is backing up what is stated with verifable and transparent proof for any and all potential investors to use for their own informed decision for investing in said company.
it appears that your due diligence is basically just your opinion and not backed or based on any information that any other potnetial investor can research and discover themself. would that be a fair and honest assessment of your due diligence ?
if that is true then it would be appreciated it is stated as such. otherwise your information comes off as pumping this company and as you stated that is not what you want to do. but if you take a step back and look at what you are posting you have no concrete proof of any of what you have posted.
most OTC companies are scams,...granted this company has a product but that does not mean that they have the ability to bring it to market.
they are already diluting company which is reflecting in the pps. so i question the companys management skills and financials acqumen at this point. they, the company, at this point are functioning like most OTC companies,...BIG promises and little to deliver.
