No new shares have been registered. Just the legend removed on some pre-existing private shares. No different then anyone here selling some of their personal stash for whatever reason. It could be as innocent as someone needing to free up cash for hospital bills etc. I know the insiders have all taken pay cuts to see this through. I don't see any problem with someone freeing up needed cash.
