Honestly Sir,

I do not know. I am not an insider or a person with that kind of information. I have not seen anything, other than the PR which said that we would get a dividend, to make me believe that we are. It would be nice though!

I just got done with my DD of PHGI and am sold on it. I come to the conclusion that this is a very good stock, FOR ME. I can wait the two years at sup penny prices, accumulate millions of shares cheap, and sell for ridiculous prices down the road.

Honestly, I think this stock will be down for awhile :( Not because they are a bad company or are doing anything wrong, but because of the lack of revenue generation. I suspect that once Opp gets online (the mini-refinery) we may have a run to 8 or 9 cents (depending on my math).

However, if JB can pull off getting the big refinery up and running by December, 2009; wow, the stock could be another STXX. I know a lot of people here are "stuck" right now. That sucks. I have been stuck before, I am sure we all have; but this is the game we play with OTCBB:Pinkies. If you can afford to kick back with me, drink some Old Style and watch some Bears football (I find Bears football more stressful than this stock! LOL) then we will all be good in time.

One more thing, on second thought, I will keep my mouth shut.

If you are long in this stock you have nothing to worry about. If you are short term, what the hell were you thinking? ;)
