How does one project(Tierra Del Fuego Gas Industrialization Project) turn into projects. If as we are lead to believe (Gas to Liquids Rio Grande Project)was or is going to be as was stated in the news release of Sept 11 2007 (East Delta will buy Franklin Mining's 51% ownership interest in Franklin Oil & Gas, Bolivia S.A.)

Buy the way FMNJ has not posted any of the sale news releases on their web site. I am not embelished with a lot of legal knowledge but In my opinion I wouldn't think a Memorandum of understanding is not a legally binding contract.
