It came from the PNMS side, which seems to be in line with what payments actually took place. It seems that Juan told some folks earlier that there were payment problems, then he told others there were not, now again there is. He's talking out of both sides of his mouth. That doesn't help his credibility a lot. If he has something in writing, now would be a good time to "up" it.
