Isn't it?? Doesn't Microsoft settling for a $60 Million pay out to BRST qualify?? Or do you think MSFT was simply stupid to settle?

Also, the fact that the major law firms that are representing BRST are operating on a contingenmcy basis only should send us a signal that at least they believe in the validity of the patents... I have to assume that they researched the issues a bit more than you and I before they embarked on such an expensive proposition for them if they were to fail in demonstrating BRST's claim...
