Buyins.net reports TOTAL SHARES SHORTED (both covered and uncovered). That way we are able to determine the volume weighted average price of the TOTAL SHORT INTEREST (which is just the uncovered shares). So our data will always show 100% of the total short selling and the data you find elsewhere will only show you Total Short Interest, which is a smaller number showing on 1 day of the month what was still not covered.

How to figure it all out I have no idea.
Think I'm going to cancel this service cus it isn't what I thought it was.
