* I asked about CEO hiring process, he said he believes they will have that done by the end of next week.They have a candidate and it sounded like they are ready to sign him.

*Float is approx 25 mill

*Avg price guesstimate of previous shareholders is .25 plus.The stock was a few bucks at one time.

*Company has been quiet for a while, I asked if he would be communicating with shareholders any time soon, sounded like there are several pieces of news to be released.Timing of this find by Dream, seems very good.

*They are also looking at solar and renewable energy projects.
