With great surprise I read the press release that was formally issued by Mike Terrel from Panamersa in regard to the motives that generated Desimplex-Panamersa business relationship rupture, that's why I'm writting to you with the only purpose of dispel any doubts about Desimplex professionalism since we've began our search for new investors where everyone is invited to participate..
Panamersa and Desimplex didn’t end the business relationship for the reasons reported in the press.
Panamersa and Desimplex had an investment agreement and Desimplex had made a series of investments in order to fulfill said agreement. That caused to the company a huge loss of money.
Additionally Panamersa asked Desimplex and EIS Consulting to develop the software “Exchange PDR”, witch had a cost of $ 150,000.00 furthermore, Panamersa requested EIS Consulting, one of the Desimplex group’s company, to provide a server service for them, Panamersa agreed to pay $ 27,000.00 to EIS Consulting witch made a contract with the telephone’s company in order to provide said service. The required system was completed and tested and it was working properly. The first time that the program ceased to function was because it was disabled by Desimplex since Panamersa didn’t honored the contract. Subsequently, an agreement was reached in order to pay the debt through a written contract, but, on the date chosen to sign it Panamersa changed the content of the contract with bad intentions and the people from Desimplex broke relations with them. To conclude: Panamersa agreed to invest $ 5.7 million on Desimplex (payment never came), plus $ 150,000.00 to develop the system (again payment never was made), plus 27,000 for the server service, that makes a total of $ 5.99 million, out of that amount only $50,000.00 was paid and of course Desimplex ended the relationship,
