I think the 8K - A will give us the breakdown we need. It is great we are going into the Hackett merger with no debt strapped to our back! A cash deal!!!! Does not get any better than that!!! We immediately go to a $25 million plus, revenue number per year and that is without expansion. If Tom had to sell shares to get this done then he is one smart individual to not take on debt for the merger! I could be a great Thanksgiving this year!!
