re: the 3 mil, it must be a lavish inaugural with lots of frills, the best of everything, lots of caviar and vodka for the Ruskies? Lots of first class? Round Trips? valued cargo? govt spending? staff? catering?

But I can't say, will try to also investigate, later. But there are other big corporate interests and expansion around NY in last couple years. If you know someone who works at an airline they might have the pax list, but somethings are going to be confidential.
