A regular merger is where both companies remain entact, whereas a reverse merger is where the private company owns the shell after the transaction. We had a regular merger. ValueSetters and 30Fold are operating together rather than 30Fold taking over a "shell."

Does this make sense? 30Fold is a wholly owned subsidiary as opposed to taking over a dormant shell.
