NO. The "ex-date enigma" is still unknown to me.
It is possible that there are SEC statutes and such that have been unclear through this DIV. Especially what shareholders qualify for the DIV. Holders on the 15th is the ONLY qualified statement by IVOI that I have seen. Other tech jargon is "as clear as mud". If IVOI follows through with the 1:1 dividend, I predict some mayhem as to what holders qualify and those that don't, perhaps dependant on not only the ex-div date but also the holding date. Wait and see!
