I think you are probably safe long term but watch out for the tax selling. This sp could suffer dramatically short term simply because of the timing of the slump. As far as the lawsuits I would not be to concerned about them. Just some ambulance chasers. These suits will all get combined and them most likely dismissed. These cases even when justified are very hard to prove.
