hold december, you will make it. I am 90% confident. This is my biggest holding EVER in a stock for both me and my family, my life changer.

-4 law firms on contigency (big shots firms)
-Apple clearly stated that Brst's patents were valid by stating them in some of their products
-Apple sat at the negotiation table for months with Apple. (It is written in one of the PR).
-Microsoft couldnt crush Burst, Burst actually crushed them and paid 90 cents dividend.
-Matthew Powers, Apple's attorney i recently lost a SIMILAR case to Burst's case. The company he represented just settled with the plaintiff.

All in all, Mr. Lang spent over 5 years developing his technology and over 60 million dollar into his company. This is just a matter of time before Apple settle, I don't think we will get to court as Apple would risk A LOT there. If they get treble damage we are talking 700 million to 1 billion dollar in payment. I am looking for a move to 20-30 $. Court hearing is schedule toward end of February, im expecting some nice movement around that time..All in my opinion :)
