AERO WAS VALUED AT 13million...


Talked to a tax attorney friend,,,plain english........

This is the value placed on AERO AT THE TIME OF MERGER ETC...

SO if xyz wanted to buy the company they would need to pay 13 million..........and that was set for a private company....
NOW AERO is public /////////////


All they did is set a baseline worth for the Company/name brand...................
