Well well well, looks like our officers awarded themselves a good amount of shares recently. Oh wow look at that, the shares were awarded at the 52 week low of $.18 that just hit a couple of days ago! Coincidence, I think not.

I always thought that the LLC deal was a little screwy due to the fact that it was only $37,000 or so that LLC lent the company. My hunch was that was a legal way to effectively drive the price down for the officers without any finger pointing. It was public knowledge and the company pretty much told everyone, "Hey look, this things going to $.20."

With today's 8k filing it looks like the worst is now behinds us and we can start looking toward the future. Bring it on.
