David Foni, Chairman and CEO of PSI Corp., stated, "This Letter of Intent with Tellagent should increase Pantel's ATM acceptance in the Financial Services Industry. We look forward to further verification of the product applications."

In other matters, PSI Corp. disclosed that during the past month, Pantel has completed several strategic measures. These include the resolution of five of six then-pending lawsuits against Pantel which had potential exposure of over $6 million as well as cancellation of approximately $3.5M in debt, and a net cancellation of over 28M shares for cash payments of $130,443 over ten months. The Company believes it will continue to reduce existing debt and additional shares may be cancelled.

PSI Corp. also indicated it is moving forward with previously announced display installations with Hospital Media Network (HMN) for New York City's Health Hospital Corporation (HHC). The Company said that it anticipates related interest from other hospital groups. Chris Culver, President of HMN, remarked, "HMN has received widespread interest from hospitals who wish to install Pantel's informational and advertising display screens. The interest is nationwide as hospitals are seeking alternative revenue sources to supplement their traditional revenue models as their costs rise."

Additional market verticals are being targeted as well. Robert Robinson, CEO of Altervise, stated, "Pantel's equipment and services have made strong impressions on our target industries. The sophistication and proprietary technologies of Pantel's products have permitted Altervise to project a significant future launch within these industries."

PSI Corp. also disclosed that Pantel's innovative 'E-Banking' ATM kiosks will be ready for deployment in the near future. These ATMs are geared to America's unbanked and under-banked populations. The Pantel ATMs will permit a user to execute regular ATM deposits and withdrawals, debit card issuance, check cashing, and bill payment.

Future services may include gift card issuance, phone cards and several additional financial services.
