srockpro- your "concerns" have been answered.

You keep asking THE SAME question over and over again, despite the fact that several have answered the question.

The BUYER, (not Lesko) has approved of the sale- they were the ones who approached DMTN in the first place.

READ: "The agreement to transact the private purchase of all DMTN issued and outstanding stock for .49 USD has been approved by the D Mecatronics board of directors and also the purchaser's board of directors, ' said Mr. Paolucci.

Honestly, how many times are you going to keep posting the same "concern", which is clearly answered by the company, and stated in black and white?
