check the filings. CIBMP is CIBM's preferred stock. It will never have dilution because to do so would only further aggrevate the companies financials.

CIBMP has some huge deferred dividends owed shareholders

If any deal does come along for CIBM the company/shell will have to deal with the preferred situation.

Will they pay past due dividends to preferred share holders?

Perhaps in cash as stated in the filings or in stock?

One can convert 1 share of CIBMP to I believe it was like 1.7 shares of CIBM.

Question is why do it?

I bought 5K at .05 today and NITE went from the ask of .05 to .15 LOL

I got a few more at .11 just to test to see if they would fill inbetween.

They would not fill at .07 but did at .11

CIBMP has such a tiny float that if anything ever happens with the shell CIBM the preferred stock will go through the roof.
