The market doesn't "already have the news." In fact there's not much of a larger "market" in this thinly traded stock at all. The stock price is supported by longs who have not given up on the company despite the way the company is treating them.
That can't go on forever...
The company has to say something - even if it's just to say, we won't be saying anything until the next report - or - we messed up with the Padgett's and had to clean sand out of the tubes.
Getting back to your notion that the "market" is knowing the news already:
Today's decline is mostly due to a 60,000 block and a 20,000 block being dumped - I don't have the exact block size - and that's all it takes to drop this 20 to 30%.
Can you imagine the movement when these characters finally release the long-awaited news?
