depends on how high it is introduced to the market. I would think it would IPO at a somewhat reasonable value when compared to SPZI's value now and what it will be worth if XXIS were to open at $1. How far will SPZI move compared to XXIS's move from its open value which should be closer to fair value than SPZI is.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
