I have a good friend here in Portland who has a pretty big realestate business...and he said that prices have not come down any yet...but the builders are not selling their inventories and that they will be the first to cut prices then everyting will come down..My house market price just went above 700,000 ..Taxes are now 6500..Will have to sell and move to a 1 bedroom apt..Can't afford this high priced house..
