GMFX can issue many many many more millions of shares of GMFX without a single filing....it is all covered by the SB-2/SB-2A filings relating to the "toxic financing" deal that they have with GGI.

The AS is 25 Billion and until GGI is out of the picture....the dilution will not stop! GMFX is is so deep with GGI they have little choice but to issue shares...and guess what? GMFX won't derive one cent from the issuance of those shares....unless per chance they still have a traunch of shares to sell GGI at 1.09 per share (and of course then they get many many more millions of shares to dump onto the market).....
