someone awhile back made a good point...imo! about the fact that there are probably only about 50-100 million shares up for grabs. The rest are held tightly by SEO,his friends,Old Texas past ownership,and Nigerians political elite.

These 50-100 million shares that remain, are flipped back and forth by us poor small retail investor..to no avail!

You can buy these cheap shares, on the market, but if you want to control anything, then you have to deal with SEO and friends.

So you can never own or control this company, without dealing with SEO...and that is why the Oil companies are not snapping up cheap shares,...because you will never control anything, and direction and leadership is always with SEO.
