Ok guys I just did out the calculations and confirmed with the company just 10 minutes ago. KWNS news today stated

"TELTEK warrants and represents that TELTEK has secured a conditional exclusive contract with the Government of the Sultanate of Oman estimated to capture a potential existing 75% market share of Oman's average $150.00/month potential one million individual cellular and ISP subscribers."

So:
$150/month X 1 million subscribers = 1,500,000/month

$1,500,000 x 12 months = $1,800,000,000

$1,800,000,000 x 75% = $1,350,000,000

He told me the O/S was 78M

KWNS value is:

1350/78 = $17.31

Apparently they won the bid as other companies were bidding also. He sounded very optomistic that this deal will close shortly.
