Do you recall I told you improvements had been made in the credit area. Maybe we are on the verge of bringing our credit status with Bank One current? Kevin also mentioned some lawsuits may be turning positive, so maybe some of the players have settled their fued and ready to move on.

Do you have any ability to track any of our current law suits? You are the master of info!:)

Sure would be nice to see this drama come to an end and get on with business.
