That very well might have been....

the outcome of the previous discussion as you recalled it, but it does not help us to figure out if the Torvec technologies have been adequately tested. That was a discussion by a number of us who are uninformed about exactly what testing has been done. It didn't establish any facts, just a bunch of opinions. It essentially was speculation on everyone's part.

My speculation on this point is that Torvec knows how to test the technologies and has accomplished that process without making that information available for anyone to review without the signing of confidentiality agreements.

The withholding of these testing results information includes all of us. I don't think that we need to make suggestions to the company on particular methods of how we think the products could or should be tested. The cost of testing is not relevant unless that cost would be more than the expected returns on investment that would be achieved upon the receipt of the successful results. So, I think the company can afford to invest in a few brake pads.

The fact that Torvec had achieved 50 new patents in the last fiscal year indicates to me that testing has continually been part of the process. This testing process has been the force that requires changes that ultimately result in product betterments that resulted, for example, in the 50 new patents that occurred last fiscal year.

I will continue to believe that when Torvec says that the technologies are production ready, they have been successfully tested prior to making that statement.
