I heard an analogy about fleas in a jar once. If you put fleas in a jar with a cover, and then after a while take the cover off....not only will most of the fleas not try and jump out, but they will actually prevent any other flea from jumping higher.
You and Beebe and all the other people working so long and so diligently to get this company off the ground are starting to jump out of the jar and the other fleas don't like it. So basically just pay them nonevermind and go about the business of getting out of that jar. But stop every once in a while to give 'em hell....because it just sounds so great! LOL!
