That is incorrect.

170,738,000 on January 1, 2007

They bought back some shares and were down to

165,286,993 as of March 31, 2007

now at

183,896,993 as of Oct 19, 2007

I dont see a "double" in there.
Thats a little over 13,000,000 increase in 10 months.
Please try to ensure accuracy in your postings.
