NOOOOO! You can't go on lurk mode! I enjoy your posts too much. You and Double E and LaRive and HHughes are some of my favorite posters because y'all are witty and smart.

That serenity prayer is one of my favorites, but not because of drinking. It gave me great comfort when I was 19 years old and had given birth to a premature daughter (born 3 months early) who only lived for a week. I sort of clung to that prayer...because I knew that there was nothing that I could do. And it makes the daughter that I have now (who has grown into being a remarkable young woman) that much more precious.

Anyway, don't lurk too long. I really will miss you!
