avdave,

Your reasoning rather eludes me. I would venture to say that there's not a company out there that hasn't sold shares to obtain something....be it employee stock plans or companies like Landamerica and Wachovia who have made acquisitions recently that should make them lots of money.

So....we don't know what PHGI sold the shares for, BUT what you're saying is that they shouldn't have done so even if it was to obtain something of value. Let's see...that's like telling someone back in the late 70's that they shouldn't cash in their CD's in order to obtain shares of Microsoft. Man, they'd be pretty PO'd if they listened to reasoning like that.

Come on Dave...you've been around the block long enough to know that the trading of one asset for another is not a show of lack of faith in the long-term viability of a company.

How long did it take you to think up a scenario like that? You had to reach pretty far to think up something like that. You KNOW that it's not true...so why did you say it? To spread fear? It just ain't gonna work. Those of us who have been in the market for even just a few years, can see for ourselves that this company is not like your average pink sheet company.

Now if you were trying to convince somebody that the company was selling shares....then sure, you'd be right...even the company admits that. But to try and convince someone that the officers don't believe in the company...now that's actually funny! It really is! Go take a rest, Dave....run along now...you're starting to slip...you need a break.

And besides, I've already told you that this company is going to be a success. One of these days, you're going to learn to listen to me. (Oh geez, I feel like I'm talking to one of my kids!) lol!

Have a good night!
