With the possibility of another lowering of the convert price-and the subsequent glut of shares that would result in-it might be a good idea to keep an eye on the share structure...

Have seen many pinks raise AS with shareholders in the dark...I haven't talked to the TA here so I don't know if they are gagged or not-but the share structure is available from the State of Delaware via the following automated phone message...
