Could be an old shareholder selling, its not dilution, we know that 100 percent.

This issue didn't do too much for a couple years, some may wish to sell into this price, better for them to sell now than when we really start a climb up.

In addition, other marketmakers will have asks from folks wishing to sell a few as the issue has traded up 100 percent since just a week or so pre-print.
