I bought today when I saw the DOW~~

Running like mad from 200 points down. YUM started to finally move out at the same time after consolidating in an uptrend for the last 12 sessions.

When I enter a swing trade, it's the day after a "second low" is put in on the daily chart. Yesterday's close of 37.58 was that second low, so as soon as it got above that, I jumped in.

I only trade stocks, and never options.
