What kind of meats do they use in China? I hear they eat dog.

I can't imagine trying to run a restaurant because of all of the potential health related problems that come with them. Do you remember the lady that sued McDonalds because a cup of hot coffee burned her?

That was an extreme example, but I'd feel real bad if someone ate in my restaurant and got really sick and/or died.
