ag, I allow there will be a few shares come available from original preferred holders of Series B & a few from PP Series D holders. The officers are turning some Series A shares through form 4's. Speaking for me and mine, we will wait awhile. I feel this company started on a family and friend level, but it will gradually expand to others. All my own opinion..I still don't think mgmt. will give up the reins until they are convinced the company is secure.. As an afterthought, I have wondered if another Private Placement with a release of more shares would be well received. Personally, I prefer O/S stay the same but what ever it takes...D
