What if they had a "buyout" investor who they knew for a certainty would buy the remaining shares and put them into the Fundacion instead of just flipping them here on the US market? If their goal WERE to get shares off the US market, wouldn't that be a good way to do it, rather than jack around with daytraders who would never send their shares south?
