RE: ACCOUNT xxxxxxxx
Dear Mr. Van Valkenburgh:
During August 2005 I made several purchases of Bancorp
International Group (BCIT) totaling xxxxxx shares.
There has arisen some question that these purchases, although
all were settled (T+3) promptly and are still in my account, were
actually made (ie. made only electronically, but never delivered and
are currently FTD). Consequently, to protect myself, I would like to
order certificates for 200 of these shares, at whatever charge
to myself you may deem fair, as a means to verify I hold shares.
Thanking you in advance.
Yours truly,
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
PS At the time of my purchase, the cusip for these shares was 05968X106 although they were supposed to be exchanged, at some point early this year, for a new cusip No. 05968X205. If the latter certificates are available from the
TA, I hope these will be the cusip on the certificates you will send.
If not, certificates with the cusip ending in "-106" will be acceptable.
