Hi L2R,it would make sense that all highway and tunnel development is going to be paid by the government and that is Cavicos specialty.The report also shows that they are investing in banks and mines and other projects.I believe the most significant project that they will be doing on their own is the building of the cement factory.There is going to be a tremendous need for cement in the next decade and they will not only not be relying on others that could put delays on production but will be selling to other companies as well.
What I do not like about the govt.projects,is the profit margins on those jobs.
