Hi guys, Bob called me yesterday and by the way once I found out the float was 4mil I decided to stay off the boards for a little because this is the busy season for my company and I start to focus on the stock and get side tracked and stressed!!!. I like many of the posters on the board so once I get started posting I can't stop (its addicting).

Well, about my conversation with Bob

I told him that I was concerned with the fact that the company is not being straight up and many investors are concerned.

He tried to sell me on the people behind the company and the idea. I said Bob... "YOU DON'T HAVE TO SELL ME ON THE PEOPLE OR THE IDEA BECAUSE I AM ALREADY SOLD!!!!!"

I told him it just seems a little shady when you have solid people behind the company that don't have a history of being crooks and meanwhile they can't volunteer the share structure or be upfront about the float. THATS THE PROBLEM RIGHT NOW

He said to me that Robert Bell Jr. has not even got the exact numbers from the T/A yet either. I asked him about brich's idea and he said if you let one person get info from the T/A then you have to let all basically which is like opening a can of worms. Like to much trouble when your trying to focus on the company.

Cellar2007 and I talk on the phone alot and he mentioned to me it would be a wise idea to ask the company how much more capital they need to raise vs. trying see how many more shares they are going to sell into the market.

So, I said OK Bob since we can't seem to get anywhere with the share structure then could you tell us how much more capital does the company need to raise so this thing can finally take off. (Of course this would be until they can use ad revenue.)

Bob said as a matter of fact I have to speak to Robert Bell Jr. and as soon as I can find that out I will let you know. I also made it a point to say that if the company is strapped for cash even thought it has a couple profiting subsidaries than why can't money come from thier connections to do the audit. I told him because of my reputation and having a business I have friends that will give me 25k without paperwork and thats me on a very very small level. I said Bob these guys shake hands with and are surrounded by very wealthy people. Don't they believe in 11on11?

I also told him that if the company was more up front about the share structure than it would be easier to generate capital and have a more stable pps. For an example Cellar could have and probably would have dumped another 100k into this if the company was on the up and up.
He said when they brought in avondale the company did not realize it was going to happen the way it did.

I think Bob is more excited sometimes than us shareholders. He loves to talk about social networking like its the best thing since sliced bread. lol

Bob also said remember with one press release this could right back up. He said I don't know when and even if I did I would not be able to tell you. He said it two times in our conversation so I would hope he could be giving a hint. You never know whats up with all these ads on the site.

Sorry if this post is all over the place.

I really believe there will become a point in time when they don't need to generate capital for the site. With that said as soon as we reach that point with all that advertising on the site we are golden.

I wish I knew the bottom but don't we all.
I look at it this way. Even if they raised the O/S to 50mil which by the way Cellar and I had a conversation and he misunderstood me because I talk like my posts (all over the place)lol its 25-30mil O/S

at .03 that means the company is worth 1.5 mil?

I decided I will buy more here and then if it hits a penny fine. I will buy more.

Like I said there will become a time when those ads will be generating millions.

I will say it again. I am looking at the very end of october or the first couple days of November. If they have enough reps and the site is complete along with the ads its very possible we start looking up. I would figure that they would want to take advantage of November and December for subscribers while the momentum of the football season is here.
