it could and should if the stock was left to its own devices...but everyone is screaming fears of massive dilution.

Connolly could do that but one might think he'd like to clean his name up or keep it from getting further besmirched??? Reputations are pretty important these days. Traders are so well informed so fast now that the old tricks won't pay as well anymore. AND the FBI/SEC is starting to crack down on short-covering finance schemes....the old Ramp Corp. guys got taken down the other day with fraud and racketeering charges.

plus it would be shear lunacy to just allow buttloads of shares to totally crush momentum.....not when he's got a profitable company here....if a development company, then yes.

so at present, we have an undervalued company and Cornell the funding inst. is limited to the % they can convert....to overcome that it needs volume to pick up and to get that you either need great news or the chart turn up...but at this early stage it's not as big an issue as it could be later.


this is only my opinion and it's usually not my opinion very long because I CHANGE MY MIND FREQUENTLY
