This hasnt been proven to be a scam yet. Until the sec or fbi step in the possibility still exists that this is legit. Has anyone filed with the sec or fbi yet? Im also still waiting to hear what the colonel is going to do.

I have an idea. "A proxy battle" If the colonel knows this field pretty decent we can vote him in and the rest out. Set up a brand new board of directors etc. on the Colonels recommendation. If he has that much money involved thats very plausible. Let him take over the ship. ...that is unless he is again part of it which has yet to be determined.
