One thing that everyone keeps mistaking is that the OS is 450 million today. Wrong. The OS was 450 million when the deal was brokered with Wisebuys, that didn't happen today. That was a while ago.

The OS is exactly what the TA says it is, nothing more, nothing less.

I own shares here and am a Long, but I just want folks to understand that this 450 OS business is not reflecting what the OS is on 10/23/07, at least that's what all my faculties are telling me.

I see all the other positives in this 8K as Geaux Fish outlined them and overall I'm very impressed with its professionalism and I think this company is on the right track with a bright future.
