No competition here. I have to send all my parts to GE for evaluation. I just open up the engine hot section and do a lot of parts shipping. Basicly remove and replace. Bigger shops like Best have the equipment to inspect and approve the components removed. It can be equivlant to the shop that removes and replaces your car's starter with those that can re-build it.
One correction; Some airport's do sell land for facilities, however not generally those that receive fed funding for ILS equipment etc. please check.
