Here is my tip.For those that have converted or those that still have time to convert you should do it.For the ones that dont have the time to convert,and those that have IRA which have not been resolved,I believe that there will still be a great opportunity to make some good cash in the US market.If I know MT he will stick it to the shorts once the float is greatly reduced.A cash dividend would separate the men from the boys.In my case I believe that the certs that I have in the IRA account will be worth tons more.If on the other hand the IRA issue could be resolved before Nov1,I would take it. IMO
