It means all your money goes in reverse. That is the simplest way to put it. Dont let anyway try and tell you any different. R/S & R/M are only good for the company they are the worst thing that can happen for investors. Thats why when this is announced everyone sells asap.

People do not sell on a reverse merger notice. YOU can't take one word that you understand and lump in another just because it has the word "reverse" in it. If a company buys a smaller company, it is a forward merger. If htey buy a bigger company, it is a reverse merger. It does not mean it is bad for investors. It does not mean everyone sells. most times on a merger merger it means a small comapny is getting into the bigger game, and is a positive thing.

Plesae don't lump reverse mergers in with reverse splits. It is a totally different animal, and to say they act or are the same is just not correct.

Your extreme pessimism to ANYTHING that you hear is overshadowing the turth in this case.
